Things are really starting to move fast here in 2010 and this is the reason I haven't added anything to the blog for a while! But now I am very pleased and excited to announce a new dessert in addition to our hugely popular new fruit crumbles.

Shortly, we are going to launch 3 different cheesecakes which combine different layers of classic baked cheesecake and a modern set fresh cream cheesecake - each with it's own delicious topping. The flavours will be White Chocolate & Ginger, Lemon Meringue and Blackcurrant. In line with the concept of fruit crumbles the cheesecakes will come in individual portions. They are individually made by hand in 5 production steps and of course with all natural ingredients.

Last week I had Bernard and Gill here and we discussed the finishing touches before we launch these fantastic new products(they are the pastry chef and producers of our puddings).

I'm no ‘marketeer’ but I can honestly tell you that these are the best cheesecakes I have ever tasted. I simply can't wait for their launch in our forthcoming Butcher's Specials!
